Jasmine McAdams ’16 is a junior concentrating in Environmental Science. She is from the Florida and loves spending time in at the beach, on the river, in springs—anywhere there is water! Aside from enjoying every second with OLEEP Jasmine also plays rugby, enjoys spending time with her friends, and loves collecting elephant themed objects! She is super excited for her first year of OLEEP and can’t wait to get to know all of the awesome mentees!
Lauren Chan ’16 hails from the concrete jungle of New York City and studies psychology at her home away from home. She absolutely loves the time she spends outdoors whether it is reading on Lincoln Green (if you see her, say hi), or taking a walk down to India Point Park, or on trips with OLEEP. Lauren is excited to avoid sophomore slump and have a great year with new friends (both Brown and the MET) and memories to last a lifetime.
Melissa Orozco ’16 is a junior Environmental Science/Studies concentrator. She comes from the sunny state of Southern California. Her favorite hobby is listening to MUSIC and a cappella groups (like Straight No Chaser!). She loves to socialize and make new friends everywhere. Very excited for OLEEP and working with the MET students (:
Makana Tavares ’17 I’m Makana, a sophomore hailing from the 50th state (Hawaii). I’m having so much fun acclimating to the Northeastern climate and to Brown itself! I haven’t picked a concentration yet, but I’m so excited to explore all of the options this wonderful community has to offer. My favorite place in the world is the beach, I also love hiking and exploring new places, all to the perpetual soundtrack of Sublime!!!!
